When you’ve accumulated 300 points, you are eligible for one free day of parking. And you can use your free days however you want — use them one at a time or save them to apply to longer stays. Log in to your Rewards Account. You will be taken to your Rewards dashboard, which will display your current point balance, any upcoming reservations, and your parking history.
Log in to your Rewards Account where you’ll be taken to your Rewards dashboard. Scroll down to your parking history at the bottom of the page. Click on the print receipt link next to your parking transactions.
Log into the customer portal and select Account Profile. Scroll down to view your communications preferences, and check the box to receive E-Receipts. Your E-Receipt will be emailed to you immediately after checking out from the lot.

To redeem points with an online reservation: Log into your rewards account Select Quote Enter the dates & times Under the “Quote” button select the drop down (under redeem points). Enter number of days to redeem. Then select “Quote”. To redeem points without a reservation: You must present your card again at the checkout and let the attendant know that you would like to pay with points.

Yes, you may redeem points for a portion of your parking and pay the remaining balance at exit.

If you forgot your password, go to the Rewards Login button. Enter your email address and select Forgot Password. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Traffic Notice:
The Sumner Tunnel closures from 11pm Fridays – 5am Mondays has caused an increase in traffic from Logan Airport to our parking facility during the afternoons and evenings on Saturdays & Sundays. Please give yourself extra time if traveling to and from Logan during Sumner Tunnel closure weekends.
