So you know what to expect when parking with us, we’ve compiled a step by step process of what you can expect:

• Arrive at PSF, enter our lot and stop at check-in window to retrieve your claim ticket.

• If you arrive before 6am (approx.) you will be told to follow the bus to an empty self-park space. The bus driver will assist you at your vehicle to load suitcases into the shuttle, you will lock your vehicle, take the keys with you and you will be on your way to the airport.

• If you arrive after 6am (approx., self-parking spaces are generally full at this time) you will be told to pull forward to the staging area. The bus driver will assist you at your vehicle to load your suitcases into the shuttle bus. You must leave your keys so our lot attendants can valet your vehicle to an open space in our lot. Then you will be on your way to the airport.

• On your return home, once you have collected all your luggage, you will need to request a shuttle pickup through your digital claim ticket or call 617-569-4545 and give them your claim ticket number for a shuttle pickup. Please wait at the pickup points which are clearly labeled (Red Signs: Courtesy Bus Pickup) on the lower level of each airport terminal.

• Once you return to the parking lot your shuttle driver will stop at the check-in window to collect the keys needed and return each customer directly to their vehicle.

• Drive your vehicle to our automated kiosk to check-out. If you prepaid or have a card on file, simply scan the claim ticket bar code and off you go! Or, follow the screen prompts to make a payment. Cash payments must see an attendant at the checkout window.

Reservations are recommended, but not required. Reservations will guarantee you a space and is highly recommended for peak travel times.

There is a link contained in your reservation confirmation email that will allow you to modify or cancel your reservation. If you have a frequent parker account with us simply select “Rewards Program Login”. Once you are logged in scroll to the bottom of the page to see your pending reservations. Select the reservation you wish to modify and edit as needed. You may also email [email protected] with your reservation number or name and travel dates and we will make the changes required.

Our courtesy shuttles are generally waiting for you when you arrive, if for some reason all buses are at the airport you could have a five minute wait for a shuttle to the airport terminals. Upon your return to Boston you must request a shuttle pickup through your digital claim ticket or call 617-569-4545 for a shuttle pickup, wait time could be 5 to 7 minutes. The pickup areas at Logan Airport have changed. Look for the new RED “Courtesy pick-up area” signs.

Please let us know at the check-in window and give us the name of the person picking up the vehicle so we can note it in our system. Then do the following:

When you park you are issued a claim ticket. You will need to text or email a copy to the other party; they will need the information to call for a pickup. Then place the original claim ticket in your vehicle in a secure place (Glovebox, console etc.). Let the other party know where the original claim ticket is so they can use it to check the vehicle out of the lot. Please note that the party picking up your vehicle may be required to show their driver’s license.

When you park with us you are issued a claim check for retrieve of your vehicle. If you loose your claim ticket you will need to present a drivers license and proof of vehicle ownership ( usually the registration). You will also be required to pay a $5.00 Lost Claim Ticket Fee.

Yes, we can drop you off at the following hotels after you park your vehicle with us: Hilton Boston Logan, Hyatt Boston Harborside Logan Airport, Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport, Courtyard by Marriott Logan Airport, Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport, Hampton Inn Boston Logan – Revere.

Your vehicle never leaves our fenced in lot. Other parking lots wait until you’re gone, then move your car to some other location to make room for new vehicles. That new location may be completely unsecured and there’s no way for you to know. That won’t happen with Park Shuttle & Fly’s offsite parking service.

Please note: Vehicles are moved for detailing to our fully insured, partner detailing shop and returned upon completion to our secure parking lot. 

With Park, Shuttle & Fly, you pay for exactly the amount of parking you use, and we will refund any portion that you do not use. If you end up leaving a day later than expected or return a day earlier and don’t use your parking that day, we will refund that portion to you. Whether you end up using more or less parking than expected, we will recalculate the cost for you so that you pay for exactly the amount of parking you use, no more, no less.

Absolutely. Your prepaid parking reservation is 100 percent refundable, so if there’s a change in travel plans, you can cancel your unused prepaid reservation at any time for a full refund. Or, if it’s more convenient, you can modify your existing reservation so it suits your new travel plans through a link we will provide. By the way, although you may prefer to prepay, you can also book a reservation without a prepayment or deposit.

Park Shuttle & Fly reserves the right to designate additional oversized vehicles that will be subject to the oversized vehicle charge. Vehicles with extensions, bike racks, rear luggage racks and other modifications factory or not maybe subject to additional charges.

It’s important to note that the decision to charge for oversize is ultimately up to the discretion of the parking attendant, who may not have the time to measure your vehicle upon arrival. As a rule, we advise folks to be prepared for the possibility of an oversize fee if you’re driving anything larger than a minivan.

Vehicle height limit 9’ (over height subject to availability and must be pre-arranged)

Over height vehicles subject to double space fee regardless of reservation status

Tractors, tractor trailers, box trucks, rental vans and rental trucks not accepted

 

Due to the increase in volume of oversized vehicles using our services and the space need to facilitate these vehicles, we have adjusted our pay scale for oversized parking.

Pick-up trucks F150 or 1500s, and larger SUVs will still be at the regular daily rate.

Pick-up trucks F250 or 2500 and larger will be charged an additional fee of $10/day. 

Trucks that have double rear wheels will be charged double the regular daily rate.

Trucks pulling trailers, RVs or any vehicle over 9’ in height must email us at [email protected] or call in advance to inquire that we have the capacity to park your vehicle. These vehicles will be charged triple our regular daily rate.

 

If you haven’t already prepaid when you booked your reservation you will be asked to present a credit or debit card when you check into the lot to be placed on your open ticket. Once you return back to our lot and are ready to check out, you simply scan your claim ticket at our exit kiosk and your card will automatically be charged, receipt will print and the gate will open. If you wish to change the credit card given at the entrance or wish to pay by cash please bypass the kiosk and stop at the  exit window to see an attendant.

Prepayment is required when using any promo code. When using our 15% off promotion code, there may be some dates that you cannot apply the promo code for. Dates will be updated on our homepage.

Credit cards stored in your rewards account are used to pay for parking when you exit the lot. If you wish to prepay for your rewards account reservation at the booking time please use the promo code PREPAY when booking. This will force the credit card payment when you book. Any changes in your arrival or departures dates/times will be automatically adjusted when you check out of the lot.

Traffic Notice:

The Sumner Tunnel closures from 11pm Fridays – 5am Mondays has caused an increase in traffic from Logan Airport to our parking facility during the afternoons and evenings on Saturdays & Sundays. Please give yourself extra time if traveling to and from Logan during Sumner Tunnel closure weekends.
